Angela Pope lives in Dunedin, New Zealand with husband, Alan, teenaged son, Corey, and two dogs, Toto and Lulu.  She has three older children who have flown the coop and are doing wonderful things.

She has lived in the US, the UK, and for the last twenty plus years in New Zealand.  She has always loved writing since her first story was published in the school magazine when she was nine years old.

Angela has worked as a lawyer, a tea lady, a proofreader, a personal assistant, an early childhood teacher, a medical transcriber and as an extra on film sets.  You can see her here together with son, Corey, in the Holden Malibu ad' as the mum covering her son's eyes. When Angela is not writing, she is usually reading, dancing, doing yoga or walking on the beach while listening to Jacke Wilson's History of Literature podcast.  She also enjoys photography, calligraphy, going to the theatre, and spending time with friends and family.
